Hello racers and welcome to Need 4 Speed Underground raceground. You are visitor number 
Alot of players have asked me to upload any information so others can get an insight on how other drivers before me, used their setup in the past.These setup's are found further down this page.
This information found on this page is obtained searchng on google.com, so everything here on this page, is from racers from need4speed, and racers before I startede to play the game. All information below is " copy and paste " ....so i do not know if these setup's are acceptable or usefull.
Remember that I am a webmaster, and my job is to inform and paste information.
I have my own setup from a player named " wietek" from Poland, and have only used that setup since I startede racing 01-05-2006. Beware of cheaters= cars that buck / you text is red in color / cars doing wheelies / players saying they don't use nitro or ecu setup ( cheaters using computer connected by usb to playstation2

I have proof of ZSMY logging on to NFSU" server with serveral accounts a one time, and that is cheating.!!!
I have proof of ZSMY using glitches and bucks, and that is also cheating.!!!
ZSMY have had three cars online at once, and have used computer also.!!
Remember you fool, that i've been a computer forensics expert for 12 years now, so this time you you really messed up. Now that you ALSO have treatened me, like many other players on the server, you must know by now that " nfsu2-server " has ALL data also on that.
Since this webpage was uploaded ( 01-05-2007 ) you have called me a cheater for uploading information obtained on the internet. " Get a life...!!! it's only a game "
At last I have recieved mail from Need4SpeedUnderground2 and Eletronic Arts, and
I have proof from NFSU2 server that you have cheated!!! , and ALL proof will be displayed on this website.
So...lets se how smart and great a driver you think you are now when all players can see proof of your cheating-racing-log-book two years back.

NOS
Install Level 1 NOS. Go to Dyno and put NOS all the way to the left. Install Level 2 NOS. Go to Dyno and put NOS all the way to the right. Install Level 3 NOS and go to dyno and put NOS on 6. Now your NOS is more powerful and lasts longer.
STEERING
Go to tires in the performance shop, install level 3 tires, then 2, then 1, then 2, then 1, then 2, then 3. I didn't like it personally because it does not respond as quickly when you turn, but while you're in the turn, it's amazing how good it turns.
WEIGHT
Install default weigth reduction, then level 2, then 3, then 1.
ECU
NOTE. Do everything STEP BY STEP and the order DOES matter. Also when I say “bar”, I’m talking about the actual bar, NOT the rpm number.
1. Assuming you already have level 3 ECU and turbo go into the Dyno and set the ECU and turbo to default, by pressing square. Dyno run and exit
2. Go to the customization menu and go into the ECU and select return to stock, and installed level 1. Next go over to the turbo and make sure you have level 3 installed.
3. Go into the Dyno and into the ECU and put the 1st bar as low as it can go. Next, go to the turbo and IN ORDER bring down the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bar as low as they can go. You can do it many times, but IN ORDER – till they go as low as it is possible. Dyno run the car and exit.
4. Go to the customization menu and go into the ECU and installed level 2 and 3. Next go to the turbo and install level 1.
5. Go into the Dyno and go over to the turbo and IN ORDER bring down the 7th, 8th, and 9th bar as low as they can go. Dyno run and exit.
6. Go to the customization menu and go into the ECU and select return to stock and install level 1. Next go over to the turbo and install level 3, DON’T install level 2 and then 3, install level 3 DIRECTLY.
7. Go into the Dyno and go over to the ECU and press down ONE time on 1st bar, then press down TWO times on the 2nd bar, then press down THREE times on the 3rd bar, then press down TWO times on the 2nd bar, then press down ONE time on the 1st bar, then press down ONE time on the 2nd bar, then press down ONE time on the 3rd bar, then press down ONE time on the 2nd bar, and finally press down ONE time on the 1st bar. Next, go to the turbo and IN ORDER bring down the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bar as low as they can go. Dyno run the car and exit.
8. Go to the customization menu and go into the ECU and installed level 2 and 3. Next go to the turbo and install level 1.
9. Go into the Dyno and go over to the turbo and IN ORDER bring down the 7th, 8th, and 9th bar as low as they can go (repeat it till success). Dyno run and exit.
10. Go to the customization menu and go into the ECU and select return to stock and install level 1. Next go over to the turbo and install level 3, DON’T install level 2 and then 3, install level 3 DIRECTLY.
11. Go into the Dyno and go over to the ECU and press down ONE time on 1st bar, then press down TWO times on the 2nd bar, then press down THREE times on the 3rd bar, then press down ONE time on the 2nd bar, then press down ONE time on the 1st bar. Next, go to the turbo and IN ORDER bring down the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bar as low as they can go. Dyno run the car and exit.
12. Go to the customization menu and go into the ECU and installed level 2 and 3.
13. Now you are done with the ECU ONLY, next is the turbo... LEAVE THE ECU HOW IT IS AS OF NOW.
TURBO SETUP
This is a simple glitch to do, it will increase your horse power (hp) and will decrease your 0-60 time. Lets begin. Do a Dyno run on your car and then go to tune settings. Go to turbo, now put the last three bars located all the way to the right as high as they can go. The bars before those three, set them down once starting from the right to the left. Do a Dyno run and you should see that your HP has increase or maybe your 0-60 time went down a little. Go back to tune settings and into the turbo. For now on you are going to do this until your hp stops increasing or your 0-60 time stops decreasing, set the bars that you set down once starting from the right to left one time down once more. Like I said, you are going to do this until your hp stops increasing or your 0-60 time stops.
This procedure is “time consumable” – every “dyno run” can give you 0,1hp or Nm. You have to be patient!!! When your 6,5,4 bars will be empty, do it with bars 3,2,1 (and then 6.5.4 again) – till you achieve 343kW / 406Nm (more or less)
